© Boil 2Litres of water in a dean

• Remove the pot from the cooker for 5 minutes tor water to cool

up to 70°

• Add 1kg of cassava flour while

stiring with a wooden cookina

stick until it becomes sticky

© Put back the pot on the cooker

and stir untill well done
